"Developing a unique living collection of alpine plants in dramatic gardens
to support education, research, and further the conservation of
the world's alpine plants."

Explore and enjoy our stunning mountain garden situated high in the Rocky Mountains. In the shadow of Colorado's Gore Range, our assortment of perennial beds, rock gardens and waterfalls dramatically display an astonishing array of the world's most unique and beautiful high elevation plants.
We are a public botanic garden curating a fully documented collection of high elevation plants. Our staff works on various conservation and research programs that provide crucial information about and support for diminishing mountain plant populations.

We provide numerous educational programs for children and adults in the gardens and the community at-large. Mountain hikes, docent-led tours, classes and exhibits are each important components in realizing our educational goal.

Support the Gardens!
