Betty Ford Alpine Gardens is pleased to offer a number of fun, interactive programs to introduce you to the natural world of the gardens and to educate and deepen your connection with nature. We’ll even cook for you!

    Guided Tours

    Take a tour with a knowledgeable docent and learn more about the gardens, the plants within it and the history. Allow about 45 mins to 1 hour. Pick up a ticket at the Schoolhouse and meet at the main entry gate.

    Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 10:30 am

    Yoga in the Gardens

    Join Emily and Chelsea for a flowing yoga practice set in nature’s studio! The sounds of birds and waterfalls fill the air as you engage in a practice that invites more health and happiness into your life, pose by pose and breath by breath. Seasoned yogis and complete beginners alike will find benefit in this unique experience of communing with nature through yoga. Mats available.

    Chefs in the Gardens

    Live cooking demonstrations from local chefs from area restaurants, share culinary tips and recipes. Check out the website for the updated list of Chefs.

    Garden Volunteer Days

    Come and join us in the Gardens for an informal work session. Tools and gloves provided. Please bring water and a hat- instruction provided.
